Another early night so woke up early and have decided to get back on the board. Anna wants to practice her skiing as she had a lesson yesterday so we decided to just hit the easy slopes together and let the others find the powder. Mat and Kieron crashed in this morning. Good morning but hard work on the body – keep falling over…. Getting to grips with the boarding and transferring the weight but started to get tired and was being lazy in my turns – hence the falling over. Got tired to headed back after 4 hours of boarding but got a chair lift down as i didn’t fancy the black Olympic run or the cat track on the board. Weird though as I have never caught a lift down before and last night I dreamt about it!!!
Off into town for a massage and Onsen now. Try and ease those muscles and I am definitely getting sorer everyday.

Best to stop boarding when tired mate as you will only get worse and hurt more… I feel it is back to skiing tomorrow… :0)

Oh and another thing… I hear that you have volunteered yourself to cycle Lands End to JOG…!!!!! Seriously… in April/may??? Seriously… That is about 1000 miles over 3/4 weeks…. Seriously….
